Which documents does Casper handle?
Work Inspection Requests (WIR), RFIs, Material Approval and Inspection Requests (MAR and MIR), Shop Drawing Requests (SDR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Who is Casper for?
Contractors, consultants and clients on the same construction project.
How does a company join a project?
A company has to accept being added to a project, and it can leave later. Consent is recorded in an audit trail.
How are approvals recorded?
Every approve, return or reject needs an electronic signature, recorded with the person's name and a timestamp, and every decision stays in the request history.
What happens when a request is returned?
It goes back to the contractor, who can resubmit it into the review chain. Every round stays in the history.
Can I share a closed request with someone outside Casper?
Yes. Export it as a PDF with your logo, the signed review history and a QR code. Anyone can scan the code to verify it without logging in.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Casper works properly on mobile as well as desktop.
How much does it cost?
